Director of Missions Rev. Sherrill Tillery Ministry Assistant/Clerk Janelle Thomas Big Lake Baptist Association is made up of 28 churches around Lake Okeechobee in south Florida. Lake Okeechobee is well known for abundant fishing and numerous national fishing tournaments are held in the area each year. These churches are located in Belle Glade, Canal Point, Clewiston, Moore Haven, Lakeport, LaBelle, Palmdale, Felda, Okeechobee, Lakeport, Brighton, and Buckhead Ridge. The association includes Hendry County, Glades County, Okeechobee County, and parts of Palm Beach County, and Highlands County.
