The Administrative Council is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the annual budget; acts as the credentials committee; the personnel committee; and as the overseer of legal affairs for the association. Special committees such as the nominating committee; program planning committee and other similar special committees are appointed by the moderator as needed from the administrative council or executive committee. When their task is completed, the committee becomes inactive.
